Kristen is a counseling intern and End-of-Life Doula committed to creating a warm, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and valued. She believes meaningful change begins with trust, safety, and genuine connection, and that everyone deserves a place to share their story without judgment. Whether navigating grief, processing long-held pain, or seeking a deeper understanding of relationships, Kristen honors each person’s story while supporting their growth. Her work is grounded in a person-centered, narrative approach. She collaborates with clients to explore their experiences, honoring the past, making sense of the present, and shaping the future they hope for. Kristen considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients in their therapeutic journey and to support meaningful, lasting change. Kristen works with couples, adults, children, and adolescents facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, chronic or terminal illness, identity exploration, and life transitions. As an End-of-Life Doula, she brings added compassion and understanding to those navigating grief, loss, and end-of-life experiences. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Cornerstone University and is a certified end-of-life doula through Going with Grace, with additional training through the National End-of-Life Doula Alliance. Kristen is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Aquinas College. She welcomes individuals from all backgrounds and is honored to support clients wherever they are in their journey.
